Company means AKZ - Studio, a company registered in France.

Company’s platforms mean the Company’s website available at https://akz-studio.netlify.app, desktop applications, mobile applications for iOS and Android, and other platforms or tools distributed by the Company.

Account means a user account registered with the Company on any of the Company’s platforms by the User in accordance with this Agreement. A user may only register and use one account. Multiple or linked accounts are prohibited and will be closed.

User or Client means an individual at least 18 years of age, or of the age of majority in their country, who has read and accepted this Agreement by creating an account on a Company’s platform.

Services mean all services provided by the Company on its platforms, including but not limited to tutorials, code libraries, APIs, developer tools, and community features.

User Content means any content submitted, uploaded, or shared by a User on the Company’s platforms, including code snippets, tutorials, forum posts, comments, and other contributions.

Third-Party Services means any services, libraries, APIs, or tools provided by entities other than the Company that are integrated into or used in connection with the Company’s platforms.

Privacy Policy means the Company’s privacy policy, which governs the collection, use, and storage of personal data of Users.

Fees means any charges or subscription fees associated with the Company’s paid services, as defined on the platform.

Support Services means the technical support, help desk, or assistance provided by the Company to Users.

Intellectual Property Rights means copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights owned or licensed by the Company or Users.

1. Introduction

This Agreement is entered into by and between:

AKZ - Studio is a web development platform providing tutorials, code libraries, APIs, developer tools, and related services. By using this Site, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use.

2. Scope of Agreement

2.1. This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions for provision of Services on the Site.

2.2. The Site provides Users with access to (but not limited to) tutorials, code libraries, APIs, developer tools, and community support.

5.2. By submitting content, you grant AKZ - Studio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content for operating and promoting the Site.

5.3. Users must ensure their content does not infringe third-party rights, contain malicious code, or violate applicable laws.

6. Code, Tools, and Services

6.1. All code, tools, APIs, and services provided by the Site are subject to their specific licensing terms.

6.2. Users may use Site-provided tools for personal or commercial development only, unless otherwise permitted.

16.2. Free content or trial features are non-refundable.

17. Termination
